I decided to make a change - I was getting tired of the way the blog looked so I changed the template. As I go along I will also play with the colors, the fonts, etc., etc. Comments are welcome, as are suggestions for the look. If it looks bad and needs to be changed (either back to what I had it originally or to something else), I'd like to hear that as well.
So far not a terribly horrible day. Two calls to this point. Yesterday was awful - 6 calls during the shift, 2 long distance and 4 local. Everything back-to-back with no windows of break time. More to follow a bit later on.
