Don't Forget - Thank a Vet

If you know someone who served our country, whether or not they were in a combat zone, thank them. It's those people that have made it possible (and continue to do so) for the First Amendment to work for all of us.

The Tomb of the Unknowns is a special place. I have been there a number of times, including while I served in the Marine Corps at Quantico. During my service, as well as after, I was privileged to know a number of the sentinels that served at the tomb. Their dedication to duty is noteworthy.

They have a credo that they live by: "Soldiers die and by most are forgotten. Tomb Guards never forget."
