One other person who I have to express my gratitude to is my wife, Martha - she's been absolutely awesome with me throughout this whole thing. If I had to do this myself I'm sure I'd have done something really stupid by now. And she thinks that what she's done has been insignificant. Maybe to her, but to me when I can't get myself into a comfortable position because of pain and she finds a way to make it so that I can sleep, that's not insignificant.
